  • Mary S. Faulkner, 83, of Hot Springs, AR, went peacefully to her heavenly home February 28, 2019. She was born March 9, 1935 in Pensacola, FL. Mary is preceded in death by father, mother, one sister, one brother, and her loving husband James E. Faulkner.

    She is survived by her sister; Lou Ann, children; James Scott Faulkner, Richard Arland Faulkner, Thomas Anthony Faulkner, Danny Michael Faulkner, and Deborah Ann Beecher, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends. Mary will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother “Gram”. She was a wonderful story teller, loved music especially honky tonk, loved traveling and had great compassion for animals especially horses and dogs. Mary loved life, family, having fun and making the most of living. She lived a blessed full life!

    A private family memorial will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Dierkson Hospice or you favorite Dementia Organization.

    You were the best grandmother a grandson could ask for. Your stories and love you gave was so precious. I remember every morning when we'd wake you would put on my movie, "usually sandlot" and make your coffee. You would sit me on your lap while you drank your coffee and had your smoke and told me stories. Good what I'd give to do that one last time. As much as you loved all of us we loved you just as much. You're in a better place now with the love of your life. Give gramp a huge hug for me. I'll forever love and miss you. But when the day come I know you'll welcome me at the gates of heaven. Rest in peace gram. I love you
